Implementing the requirements of high-quality development and creating a demonstration zone for the high-quality development of modern coal chemical industry, the ultra-low or even "zero" discharge of industrial wastewater is of great significance to the Dalu Industrial Park. Recently, the reporter learned that the evaporation crystallization device of the reclaimed water reuse project of Guodian Inner Mongolia Jingyang Energy Co., Ltd. in the park has successfully operated for more than two days, recovering more than 700 tons of wastewater and decomposing 120 tons of coarse salt, achieving "zero discharge" of industrial wastewater. This device is a general contracting project of Hebei Yunrui Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. One successful debugging and driving attempt.
The planned construction investment for Guodian Jingyang Reclaimed Water Project is 18.59 million yuan, with a design capacity of treating 1 million tons of wastewater annually. By treating industrial wastewater through three processes, the separation of coarse salt and recycled water has been achieved, transforming liquid waste into solid resources for reuse, ultimately achieving "zero" discharge of enterprise wastewater. It is reported that after the project is put into operation, the enterprise's water consumption can be reduced from the original 4.5 million tons per year to 1.7 million tons. Currently, the annual discharge of industrial sewage is about 500000 tons. Calculated at 5 yuan per ton of industrial water and 13 yuan per ton of industrial wastewater, the economic benefits will be directly realized by 3.68 million yuan per year.
The successful and stable operation of this project not only achieves energy conservation, emission reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, but also achieves wastewater reduction and resource utilization, maximizes the use of water resources, and has a positive significance for the development of coal chemical industry in water scarce areas. At the same time, it has made important contributions to improving the high-quality and sustainable development of the park.
