The fluidized bed dryer is composed of an air filter, a fluidized bed main unit, a cyclone separator, a bag filter, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and an operation console. Due to the different properties of dry materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separators and bag filters can be selected, or one of them can be chosen. Generally speaking, for powders and granular materials with high specific gravity, only a cyclone separator needs to be selected for drying. Small granular and powdery materials with lighter specific gravity need to be equipped with a bag filter, and pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors are available for selection.
working principle
After being heated and purified, the air is introduced from the bottom by the induced draft fan and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper. The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder and comes into contact with filtered heated clean air to form a fluidized state, achieving gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed through the cyclone dust collector group and bag filter to recover solid powder and then discharged.

Drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tablet granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdered and granular materials in pharmaceuticals, as well as drying of food, food processing, food beverage granules, corn germ, feed, etc.
The particle size of the material is generally 0.1-6mm, with the optimal particle size being 0.53mm.
