working principle
The vibrating fluidized bed dryer applies mechanical vibration to a regular fluidized bed, and under the combined action of vibration force and wind force, the material is thrown forward in a horizontal direction and continuously moves in a fluidized state. The hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material, allowing the material to fully contact the hot air and completing the heat transfer process. The humid air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged by the induced draft fan, while the dry material is discharged through the discharge outlet.
