working principle
Due to the movement of the scraper, the material is continuously scraped into a thin film on the evaporation surface to achieve the effect of thin film evaporation. Steam is a commonly used heat medium. By reducing the boiling point of the material, the temperature of the heating medium can be lowered while ensuring the same Δ t. Utilizing low-grade steam is beneficial for the comprehensive utilization of energy. Specially suitable as a final effect evaporator for multi effect evaporation. It can also be used for materials that are prone to foaming and scaling. The scraper type thin film evaporator consists of a shaft, a liquid distribution plate, a scraper, bearings, a shaft seal, an evaporation chamber, and a jacket heating chamber. There are generally two types: vertical and horizontal.

4. Changing the rotation direction of the scraper groove can adjust the residence time of the material in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the evaporation section cylinder is precision bored and polished, making the surface less prone to coking and scaling.
6. Easy to operate, easy to adjust product indicators, and capable of continuous production under closed conditions with self-control.
7. The equipment has a small footprint, simple structure, easy maintenance, and easy cleaning.
Adapt to materials
